Composite Doors

Composite Glass Reinforced Polymer (GRP) Doors are the closest you get to the appearance of a timber door without the need for maintenance associated with timber products. When you select a Composite Door, you get the performance to ensure long, trouble-free life. Our quality Composite Doors  are engineered to be dimensionally stable, putting an end to winter expansion and summer contraction. They will not warp, bow, crack or swell thanks to their method of construction, which also ensures minimal maintenance requirements.

Multi-locking facilities available as standard.  Glazing techniques ensure that our products offer the ultimate in frame security making it impossible for glass to be removed from outside. The Composite residential door range is based on traditional, almost timeless designs using modern construction methods which produce a quality door design well suited to the vagaries of the Scottish climate.

Composite Door Locking Components - Scot Windows and Conservatories Double Glazing Glasgow Edinburgh Scotland

Composite residential doors benefit from a high security multi-lock similar to the ones used with the PVCu residential door. However as the profile of the door is similar to a traditional timber door, security hardware similar to conventional door security hardware can be utilised to apply additional security if a client requires. These items would include security chains, spy-hole devices and 'Yale-type' night latches.
